2. When you place an order

When you have placed a product order through our home page, our system will automatically send you an email that states which products you have ordered. Please note that it is not a legally binding order confirmation that confirms that the agreement has been entered into. It is only an electronic acknowledgement of the receipt of your order.

iKiosk retains the option to cancel the order due to typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. The binding order confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the order has been successfully processed.


3. Ordering

Disclosure Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in Danish or English and are kept by the company for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

When you make an order on our website, you accept our terms and conditions. 

An order placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

When you are done ordering, it is not possible to withdraw you purchase, because your order has been delivered to our supply’s computer system. We cannot manually delete your purchase.


4. Payment

All prices at the iKiosk website are incl. Danish VAT and taxes. Prices are current prices in DKK and in EURO.

We accept Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Mobilepay and iKiosk giftcard.

Payment will be deducted from your account when your purchase is sent from ikiosk or when the goods are ready to be collected


We use a security standard for international credit cards called 3D-Secure developed by VISA and Mastercard.

All information is encrypted through SSL-encryption, which prevents unauthorizes access to card details.

5. Delivery

We offer the following delivery methods:

-       PostNord MyPack Collect (39,- DKK)

-       GLS ShopDelivery (39,- DKK)

-       PostNord MyPack Home (59,- DKK)

-       GLS PrivateDelivery (69,- DKK)

-       Click & Collect (Free)

-       DAO Europe   

We deliver to all countries inside the European Union, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

iKiosk trying to pursue the sending of orders made before time. 13:00 will be sent the same working day. Orders received after at. 13:00 will only be sent the following working day. 

Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 working days. For shipments outside Denmark, the delivery time is usually 3-5 days. 

Orders over 499 DKK are sent freight free in Denmark to ParcelShop.

If you are not home at delivery, the order may be redeemed at the nearest pick-up point. You will be notified of the pick-up point in delivery slip.

Packages that have not been collected or received within 14 days from arrival will be sent back to iKiosk. In such case you will be charged a fee of 100 DKK to cover iKiosk’s administrative, shipping and handling costs. Shipments that are not collected or received are not subject to any legal right in regards to regret of purchase. If you want to have your package sent again we will charge you for the shipping cost.

If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your goods, you will incur re-delivery charge(s). Refunds will not be given for goods that have been shipped and returned to the ikiosk company for any of the foregoing reasons.

Delivery of items from ikiosk is considered done when the customer has received the items.

Click & Collect

A click and collect order is a binding order. If you choose a click and collect order you are not paying for shipping of any shipping fees. iKiosk will send you an email and a SMS to the email-address and the phone number, you provided to us at your order, when your order is ”ready to be collected”. Hereafter, iKiosk will extract the amount of money for the purchase from your bank account. Typically, an order will be ready to be picked up the same day or the day after if the products are in stock. If you chose to pick up your products at your purchase you have 10 days after you received the message “klar til afhentning” to pick up your products, after which you will lose any right regarding your purchase.


6. Return Policy

We do not provide food product refunds, under the Danish law of food trade.


7. Faulty items

If you discover an item is damaged, faulty, mis‑described or parts are missing within the first 2 calendar days of delivery or collection you may request either a full refund, a price reduction, or replacement of the item.

If the replacement provided by us is not satisfactory, you can then request either a refund or price reduction. Where it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or repair for an item (e.g. because the item/parts no longer exist), we will offer you a refund or price reduction.

Heat Damaged Items

Please note that in summer months there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive candies will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our fulfilment centre. Delivery trucks can get very hot in the summer months and chocolate is bound to melt. These items will return to their normal state if they are allowed to cool or placed in the fridge. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them. Although ever effort will be made to ensure your product arrives to you in perfect condition, by purchasing a food product these will not be refunded if they are effected by hot weather, are broken (due to being a perishable product) or if purchased with other products that could affect the taste/smell this includes scented candles, air fresheners or incense.

Note, that packages will move and fall during transport. Some products are extremely vulnerable to damages, like chips, chocolate, cookies, and similar products. We will not refund these products, if any these products have been opened. You should want to buy them because of their taste. Other products should arrive unopened. For us, an opened product is a product we can no longer use. A little scratch in the packaging is not a damage.


8. Gift Card

When you buy a iKiosk gift card online, you accept these terms and conditions:

The gift card can be used in iKiosks official webshop.

You receive your iKiosk gift card electronically after you have purchased it.

The gift card is valid for 3 years from date of purchase. 

Consumers have 14 days to return and cancel their gift card.

The right of withdrawal begins from the day you receive the gift card. Should you regret your purchase please contact us at ikiosk@ikiosk.dk.


9. Privacy Policy

To place an order on the iKiosk Website you must first register as a customer. In order to register as a customer you must:

   Provide your real name, address, phone number and email address.

   Have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name.

We record your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you.

Personal information registered with iKiosk are kept for a maximum of five years, after which the data are deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

Personal data submitted to iKiosk is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not store any sensitive personal information. In relation to any electronic payment we are using a secure encrypted method through our web shop System.



10. Complain

In case you wish to make a complaint about goods purchased from iKiosk, please contact our Customer Service. You can contact our Customer Service by phone or email.

You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to Forbrugerklagenævnet (the Consumer Complaints Board) at www.forbrug.dk. By filling out the information form at Klag online, you can instantly see whether your the board can process your case.

11. Disclaimer

The following basic information is declared in English and Danish on ikiosk.dk of prepacked foods: Name and description of food, statement of ingredients, declaration of foods and ingredients known to cause hypersensitivity, declaration of net content in package, name of the manufacturer, date-marking of expiry date and nutrition labelling.

iKiosk makes reservations for typing/printing errors in prices and facts and sold-out items. iKiosk reserves the right to change information and prices on its website. 

The image and summary details have been prepared for illustration and information purposes only. On occasion the actual product may differ from that shown. 

Whilst we have taken every care in preparing this summary and believe it to be accurate, it is not a substitute for reading the product packaging or label prior to use. You should note that products and their ingredients are subject to change. If you do require precise ingredient information you should consult the manufacturer, whose contact details will appear on the packaging or label.
